let me know when you want to go, i'll meet you there.
Headed down south yesterday.. A bit chilly at first and windy. A couple of gusts caught me off guard, but overall it was a nice day to ride.
Bike looks like a Tonka Toy with the 17" knobby type tires front and rear.
I love it!
Great lookin' bike!
I like the look of the 17" knobs - I'm thinking it may also make riding the sandy roads a little easier having a wider front wheel.
Look interesting? It ain't Terlingua but it's real close.
Mark your calander and come ride the SETX 200
Date: Feb. 16th
Time: 8:00 AM for breakfast (I will provide coffee and donuts) and stands up at 8:30
Place: My houses (5360 Jasper Ln. Silsbee, TX) call or PM me if you need directions.
I have plenty of room to park your truck and trailer
Lunch: STAR CAFÉ in Colmesneil
The SETX 200 is a 200 mile day ride through Southeast Texas. So be prepared for SETX weather, dirt/sand and rutted roads.
Gas is available along the route and I’m hoping to have a support truck if needed.
Here is the route SETX 200.gdb
FYI... I'm not Harold. I cut and pasted from TWT....
Cool. You going?
I'm not sure if it's better in that it could 'float' across the top a bit easier, or worse in that it's just more drag to pull me down.
I'm over here in missouri city.
If you ever see an xr650r supermoto buzzing around, track me down and say, hi!
Whay kinda bikes are going on that setx ride?

Nice. The only xr650 sm I've ever seen was on Craigslist.

You gonna make it?
Not this time.
That's too bad. You missed 190 miles of perfect weather for riding. A great bunch of guys and new friends. Harold put's on a good ride and everyone went home saying they'll be back.
Vids and or pics or it never happened!
It happened and I'm working on it now....
Ok, If you want to see my pics of the ride you are gonna have to go to twtex.com and look up the SETX200 in "upcoming rides".
Arent you inciting munity by suggesting we go to another motorcycle site? <?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-comfficeffice" /><o></o>
