Well..... it is about time...
Please take to some place interesting....
What time and where are you leaving from?
I thought I had the new tag located and put into my gps, but when I got to the the spot I had marked I could not find it. Guess I'll do some more research and save it for another time. So here is my back up tag:
I didn't leave my house (Yukon) until about 9:45am, but I checked this post prior to you posting, shucks. Put on about 275 miles, most of it for a wild goose chase looking for the new tag I wanted, but never found the one I was looking for.
Looks like we are up to about ten or twelve riders now. Everyone is welcome
Old tag which was in Cedar Lake just east of Hinton and the new tag which is ??
Now that's a good one. I have never seen that church. You sure it's in Oklahoma? :huh
Thats a good one. No hints in the pic except flat prarieland. The building looks Catholic or Greek Orthadox.
There's a hint, read the cornerstone at the lower right corner.
I can't read it either.
I'm going to guess it's west of I-35.
i looking thats a cool looking church you would think it would be easy but its not
That narrows it down Bill...... Shouldn't have any trouble finding this....:huh
Nice to see the church has been somewhat restored!
Here is another photo of the north side of the chapel. And below is a partial photo of the cornerstone.
Wish I had known where it was yesterday - I was within 30 miles of it yesterday but now back in God's country
I was right! It is west of I-35.
I'll take another guess, it's north of I-40.
Finally found it. I'll try to get out there next week for a "tasting"
i'm surprised how easy that was to find with the pic of the cornerstone.
Amazing how one word can reveal so much.
Hope you get it and bring the tag to the northeast for awhile.
