How do I delete a post?

    I did, over and over. There is a feint box in the upper left corner that says "reason for editing". I can't find anything else.

    There should be a "nuke" button lower right. Maybe try a different browser?

    You can only delete your post if it's not the first post in a thread.. if it's the first post, you can't nuke, you can only edit.

    So, apart from requesting it of the mods, is there some other way to kill or move a thread one has started?

    (e.g. if I find a more appropriate sub-forum for a thread).

    No, you must contact the forum mod.

    If you want it moved someplace else, they can do that as well.
