Looks likes good solution. I'd be a little wary of oversizing the frame holes. How long til they're sloppy again and need to be redrilled?

I just either use a thin washer, or drill the hole for the cotterpin a bit bigger, and use a thicker cotterpin, it takes up the slack.

Take a 7/16" drillbit chucked in a hammer drill and plow it into concrete.

    Voila seven sixtish.
