i'm looking for some bags that look like a the hpn stuff, but cost less
you suck. i had to google what you were talking about and it took to me to the hpn site. kid in a candy store
any way, they don't look all that big. try looking at leather saddle bags for horses, the cross over straps may be too long, but you can cut/modify them and stitch with a speed awl, or leather working tools. l looked into leather bags some time ago and that seemed the best, non harley way to go. or make them yourself.
any one out there have a direction for an hpn replica on buget?
This sort of stuff. ? Spendy..
I looked and looked for a leather tank bag and couldn't find one. I finally had to make my own. you can see a picture of it in post #52 of this thread:
how about a fender bag this
This one looks like my dad's shaving kit from the 70's. Why not just make one? Or have one made? They are very nice looking!
There are in many places leather workers who would could can and will do this kind of work.
If you are near any places that have horses that's. The fist place to look.
Expect to pay around 200 to as much as you want to spend for a decent well made bag.
Look for an Amish community in Southern Ohio they will have a harness shop. There is one up here in NE Ohio that does beautiful work.
i was thinking about making my own myself
but its fun to check out others products too
I'd love one of their brown leather tank bags
that and the same sort of thing for a tail bag
