I bought that 17 seat for my 16 - it's way, way more comfortable (to me, of course). The grippy top alone makes it worth the price. The foam is acceptable but not plush, which I didn't want anyway.
The ribs on the 16 seat were truly awful.

The map for a similar pipe like an Akra without a dB killer should work. I don't use a PCV because my dB killer is in.

Email the tech team at powercommander and tell them you run with Wings without baffle and ask which map to use. I run with Wings exhaust (baffle removed), EVO 1 air box lid and power commander, it feels like a totally different bike!

Ok They do have Wings without bafle map but only for EU models. Which map are you using with your current set up?

I did that last night installing the nomadic rack. I just used a 5/8 hole saw bit that I happened to have and used a dremel where needed in one of the holes to make it slightly bigger where needed.

I seem to be having issues with my side stand switch; the bike stalls when I put it into 1st gear. Does anyone know if the switch's failure turns on the check engine light? They happened at the same time so I was wondering. Service is scheduled for this Friday for a warranty issue, so I will have it looked at then.

No waranty problem in France. Asked for warranty at my dealer for peeling stickers and immediately got a new seat last week plus got to keep the old '16 ribbed seat.
They know the problem and are not difficult about it.
It is strange that the Husqvarna warranty policy differs so much from country to country and over the continents.

I stare at my seat every time I consider mounting the bike. Any peel or lift and I’m at the dealer.

My bike is stored in a garage, no passengers, no luggage rubbing on it. What is causing the failure? Bad glue or UV? Heat?

I am a few pages late to Didado and Tafella's "why do you cover your license plate in pictures" discussion, but to me the answer is obvious: It has nothing to do with the fear of my bike getting stolen or random people cloning my license plate and all about the same reason why we don't use our real names here: If I piss any of you off by saying that your stated opinion is bull*hit, after which you say I am an idiot after which I make a comment about your mother, I don't want you to show up at my place at night with a baseball bat -- especially because you'd only do that if you were very unhinged to begin with. I hope it will never come to this, but better safe than sorry. I had a lot of altercations with people over the internet and it's probably better for my health to stay anonymous. The other reason is that police have been known to go after people who posted vids of themselves speeding on facebook, so if for any reason I make the mistake of posting evidence of having done anything mildly illegal here, I again don't want to make it too easy for them to come after me, this bike makes it hard enough to stay on the good side of the cops without self-incrimination.

Silly question, but does anyone know if the Enduro wheels/rotors from an Enduro will fit on a 701 Supermoto?

Found a nice set of Enduro wheels from a 701, but not sure about spacing and the monoblock caliper on the Enduro rotor. Can swap the front rotor if needed (or just buy a new one)

I assume the glue is failing in some way. As soon as a corner pulled up on its own, I could peel the decal all the way off with no effort. Dealer #1 (40 miles away) said replacement decals only. Dealer #2 (300 miles away, and purchased from) says good luck and don't expect anything.

^ Interesting. I brought the HH forged shift lever to carry as a spare on longer trips. I’d thought about mounting it anyway but it might just stay as a spare now.

Yes, easily, but you need to buy $5 worth of spacers.
