those rings are a piece of hose for gas - butane with a flange inside
widely used in Supermotard, to avoid scratches
    easy, simple, cheap
    [IMG]

that hose holds high temperatures without burning, but does not work on the stock exhausts, too hot

If you're not motivated to make your own, these guys sell them:

Look under the product overview section.

By the way, Ata you always have the best photos! Looks like you have a great riding area!

    I see
your problem is not that double duty...................8is the way you go:D

but as you go from one place to another, donĀ“t want to loose grip:lol3

I do not like it because it conveys some confidence in each type of surface but .......you ride at 50% in both really

    hey, just IMHO

That looks pretty good. I installed one with the Safari tank and original top triples etc.

    Nice bar risers too.

Fine for an easy trail ride, we normally run a Rock Hard skid with boxes. Cheers, RC

Decided to keep the girl after riding it this weekend. Had it on fleamarket because of limited riding due to twins, but this weekend i took it on a 280 mile round trip. Brought back a grin and forgot about all my problems and responsabilities. Right away took it off market.
Weather was perfect in the Mountains of San Diego County

Funny that you set it aside, you ride it and it puts a really big grin in your face.
Last time i rode dirt is almost 3 years, no excuse i have a house down in Baja and all my riding has been in baja tip to tip so when i sold the little brother, i bought this baby and it has not tasted dirt . so time to take the big brother where the little one used to go, this area is south of Santo Tomas
