Funny, I wouldn't know how to photoshop one.

This the famous sign by Kitwanga. I turned off the 16 which is the Yellowhead Hwy and onto 37 which is the Cassier Hwy.

Just curious: what was the furthest distance between fuel stations?

I'd love to attempt the trip on my Aprilia some day, but wonder how many Rotopax fuel cans I'll need to attach. :lol3 (3.2 gallons gets me about 145 miles)

For the most part you'd be ok. From that station at Kitwanga where you see the distance to Stewart to be 237km is probably one of the furthest distances. Thats 147.2 miles. You would need to carry extra fuel. My RT has a 6.1gal tank. I averaged about 40mpg

There used to be gas at the37/37a junction but it's been closed for some time.

    Very envious! :thumb

We were bound for the Dalton Highway and Prudhoe Bay on last month's ride up north, but the realities of contract work forced me to turn around at Jasper. :(:
