Anyone been over that way yet?
Snow at 4000'. Coming from 410 last Monday. It will be a while yet before you get past the T at 7030/7036, and then of course it gets higher from there...
Thanks, I remember that you usu. know the score earliest up there.
I do what I can.
That's my bread and butter ride. Ill be checking from the Easton side. Ill race ya to the top Enumclaw, but may be awhile !
Looking forward to doing this route for the first time this summer
Yeah, mine too from the opposite side. And you're on! That creek crossing out of Easton ought to be doable by what, late September sometime?
That Baby is roaring, but I have 2 double secret ways around that baby still outta Easton. Always have to have multiple paths in this business
I'd like to learn the secret handshakes, maybe we can meet up out there sometime this summer.
Sounds Good See ya at the top
Well checked Cabin Creek today and I ain't crossing it! Checked one of my alternate routes through Cole Butte today. 5000ft snowline right where my trail starts and need to go a couple hundred up, to get over to the other side. Loggers were starting a section by there today and it was mixed rain and snow... Man I got a couple of weeks before I can even get to the big climb
So is there a route to Roslyn without any I 90?
I'll buy ya a beer at the brick!
There are some.... coming from Naches? No completely legal ways anymore but depending on what you ride it can be done.
ill digg up my google maps.
Thinking FR 74 to golf course Rd.
Not sure about a FS 74 road If you can make it to Easton hit the R/R tracks to West Nelson Rd then slab to Golf Course Rd. You can go around to South Cle Elum or a short cut to Bullfrog which I won't divulge on the open forum as it is a bit on the illegal side......
Aren't those railroad tracks a bit on that side also? I've looked that way and rubbed my chin about it more than a few times....
They are I didn't say my way is completely on the up and up
On a side note: What about going east from 70 to the north fork of Tanum?
Its taking me awhile to figure it out but there are many ways to Taneum from 70. It all depends on what you are riding. Fs roads, slab, single track and jeep trails. I like to study as many different maps as I can get my hands on, along with some good exploring not to mention Google Earth and a tasty one at WJ's.
