Identify an engine for me?

    Identify this engine for me please. I wish to scrap it cheaply on fleabay for some easy bucks. even cheaper to ya'll inmates if you nead anything out/off of it. It has no visible "trauma". I found it half buried in the middle of the desert. It has no markings other than numbers and "Made in Japan"

    Post a readable picture of the serial number. Some of us can decode them. I still say its a Honda of some sort.

    Ninja 250, maybe an early one, the oil fill is further back on later ones but the cases look to be the same.
