Looks like a Brit one with a special frame or adapted - swingarm looks standard Brit with adaptations, upper shock mount forward from standard. Chassis definitely not Indian, nor front brake - and the finning on the exterior of the oil tank cast into the sump is different, too (more like my '51 English Bullet than my 2003 Indian one).
You'll get a "Tsk" followed by a deep sigh and a shake of the head for what you're doing
