Have you tried the Double Take Enduro mirrors? I've use them on my 690 and now have one on my 390 Berg. They are very functional with minimal vibration at speed and bend right out of the way when you lay it down. They use a Ram ball for mounting so adjustment is almost infinite.

I've also used the trail version on an XR650R before and it is usable, but very minimalist. It's basically adjusted so you can see between your elbow and your body and if you're wearing a large coat it's even harder to see what's behind. However, it would take a heck of a lot to knock it out of place or break it.

    Been warm in Michigan too!

Headed to the North Woods for a weekend of riding with friends and exploring.

Singletrak, dualsport, camping, fire and listening to the coyotes at nite was a Hoot!

Some of my friends use the doubletake j mentioned with good results, another option is an emgo 4 inch mirror mounted under the bars on the clutch side.

I've used that for years, works great for me.

Doubletakes are where it's at...Run them on my 450 and 950...and I know a thing or two about crashing...

Went out with @gearheadE30 yesterday to Moto...had a blast ripping around on the big bikes. Definitely is time to show the big girl some love now though, rear shock is blown/leaking along with the rear master cylinder and water pump cover...

It was 58 today Austin but winters on it's way ... snow and cold the rest of the week.

Glad a few of us got out last weekend!

Looking forward to riding and visiting down your way for the Winter Camp And Ride in Febuary.

Hey Loosenut. A "friend of ours" sent this video link.

He wants to know if you can setup something similar for the next Loosenut ride.

I am dumb enough to try that and lack enough skill to fail miserably. Let's do it!

A little Riders for Striders update-

Thanks to the continued generosity of our ride participants and donors, we are thrilled to announce a new additional partnership with GiGi's Playhouse Indianapolis!! Now Strider Bikes will be used at both Peyton Manning Childrens Hospital at Saint Vincent and Gigi’s Playhouse here in Indy!

Gigi’s Playhouse Indianapolis is a Down Syndrome Achievement Center that offers programs and support for local families at no cost.

Gigi’s and Riders for Striders’ volunteers will be hosting several learn to ride programs in 2018. Want to volunteer to help teach the next generation of riders? Keep an eye out for opportunities in 2018.

And keep an eye out for ride updates for 2018.

Here’s a great video about David. David has Down syndrome. He was told he’d never ride a bike. But now David rides dirt bikes!!!! Thanks to his Strider he was able to achieve his dirt bike riding goal!

Let’s help more kids like David!

Great video Tyler. You’re a good man (not kidding). I’m sure when you pass on to the other side, a brand new KLR will be awarded to you! (Kidding)

Had to go into Kokomo today. Spent a little time in the city park....

Any of you guys here have any insight into a good inexpensive place in Michigan to go stay for a few days and rent a couple of snowmobiles? Thinking of trying something a little different with the family over winter break this year...
