For all of my coworkers on H1-B visas, if they are willing to take my "American culture" training, I highly recommend (in part) Young Frankenstein, Caddy Shack, National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation, A Christmas Story, Patton, It's a Wonderful Life, Terminator, Anger Management, One Flew Over the Cuckoo's nest and Anything with Clint Eastwood. Oh, and Up in Smoke to give them a taste of what it was like before authoritarianism got so popular.
