coming up from raleigh? I went to the dc show last year, seems like everything under the sun is there .. going again this year (if you buy online you can choose a $15 card from bikebandit promotion and you end up only paying $1.50 service charge to go to the show)

I went today and all three were there.
I found it a bit disappointing - a lot less stuff - bikes and vendors than in past years. or maybe I have just been there too many times

I'm taking off on my Strom this morning from Raleigh. I will stop by friend and be there around 1PM. I need to see the S10. That's it.

I really liked the Super Tenere for comfort and looks. I would really like to ride one of these at an open house to see how it compares. Hopefully they'll have a couple around here this spring.

    Ose -
When (and were)is the open house?

I like what see but I'd sure I'd like to ride one before I lay out that kind of money.

It's been on a downward spiral since it moved to the DC convention center from Dulles. I was sort of looking forward to it this year, but it looks like it's not going to happen.

I rode 5 hours, froze my balls off, met friends, drank beer, been hauled to the show, spent 30 min around, on and under the Tenere and left to drink beer, sauna, beer, lamb diner, more beer... don't really remember after a couple of shots...

Rode 4.5 hours home on Sunday. I did not care about anything else on the show, everything pretty much could be found online, on TV, in magazines etc...

    ...will get Tenere.
