    Hi Steve,

So far I really like the Heidenau. Had the Conti TKC80 put on the front. I've never run anything other the the Tourance's on my GS. These seems a little stiff compared to those but I guess that's normal for new tires. Really like the difference off road though : )

Wife and I went for a little jaunt yesterday in the stupid wind.
No pics because I told her not to post the picture of my fat ass dozing on the picnic table at Springbrook.

I wasn't looking at a map and we just rode every dirt we seen but it had to be around Harper.

Spent most of the day on Saturday at Riverview in Waterloo. The weather was great and it was my first time really testing my new XR650 off road. I really put her through the paces, and she performed better than I could have hoped. I'll have a video up on youtube in the next few days, but in the mean time here's a screen shot:

My guess is, you flipped it, went over the fence into the steamy burning yardwaste?

BTW, I work at the Wastewater Treatment plant right next door to Riverview.

That'd be a hell of a flip to land over the fence!

Did you get out to the park on Saturday? By the afternoon, I'd swear that everyone within a 100 miles that owned a dirtbike was there. The parking lot was packed!

    Yeah, why make it easy?!?!

I actually live closer to Bluff Creek than Riverview. But, have you ever been there after it's rained all week? I did that once. That place is unrideable when it's wet. That clay sticks to everything and makes your tires have the traction of wet snot. It's just no fun!

But, on a dry day? Yeah, it's my favorite OHV park in IA.
