iPad lightening gps module

    Any recommendation on a GPS module to turn my iPad into GPS when there is no cell service ? It is the newer one with smaller plug .

    Thanks , hadn't thought about Bluetooth enabled devices .

    Mainly looking for something as a back up to my Garmin .

    Needs to work with iPad when no cell service is available .

    Be sure to let us know what you end up getting... I don't have an iPad with the Lightning connector, but as I said, I'd probably opt for Bluetooth regardless. I'd really like to use my iPad 3 for navigation.
