Heading up the 9th-16th. Can't extend mine a week it wish I could. Teacher and daughter mean vacation dates are determined by school schedules. :ddog

I need a vacation bad too! We are staying in Wear's Valley. Check road closures, there are several after the big snow fall and resulting slides. 441 through the park and the Cherohala are both closed. I heard recently the Charohala may have one lane open. It's not my preference to ride those but it gets me to where I want to ride quicker.

I still have to get cleared at work (the one other guy JUST asked off that weekend :ddog) and see how the hand feels, but I will do my best to make it.

As far as group or solo, I have done plenty of both and always have a good time but I like my company. :D I can tow the DRZ behind the Miata if it comes to that. I know I need to stay off the GS for a few months as I tend to push the limits and am not afraid to fall. (well I didn't used to be...) If things pan out on my end and anyone wants to join, I don't mind combining loads or just meeting you around the fire.

I understand work schedules... The great thing about these rides is there are usually locals who have some routes roughed out.

What's different? Did you change your "theme" for the forum?

I looked through my phone to find his number and I didn't have it in this new phone. I sent him a message on another forum to get his number and I'll PM it to you when he replies.

It is a struggle to make 7:00, so, yes, it makes me happy! In fact, I get up earlier for Sat. breakfast than I do work; got bidness to tend to first thing in the morning if you know what I mean.:D
