Really? Mine included new foam for the rear too, it was 2 separate pieces in the box. It made the rear seating area a little wider and taller with slightly more rigidity. I would email them and ask them about that. Also, you get a discount and free shipping if you tell them your an ADV member.

it may change the foam but it looks to have the same slant to it. if it changes it its not enough to see.

It looks like the Corbin moves the passenger back some. This may cause some issues for Stef if you plan on running side cases.

that's one of the things we looked at and it looks like that's actually where she sits. I have my soft bags on there now and they don't effect her. she can move all the way back to lean back on the top box and not cause a problem. I do have her scoot forward on gravel tho, the bike handles better that way.

actually if you look at the tabs sticking down on the grab handles the Corbin seat adds some to the front of the rear seat.

Opi' glad you made it back safe. I'm in California now with 5 days left on my return trip. If anyone is interested, I have a simple blog going.

Does anybody happen to have an extra speedometer laying around that would fit my BMW??? My needle broke three days ago while riding it home from work. I am willing to pay for it if anyone has one laying around. Otherwise I am gonna just buy one. My odometer and trip counter are still working, just don't know how fast I am really going, other than just knowing about how fast by the feel of the bike.

Might be cheaper to just by a cheap GPS and mount if you're gonna have to buy a new speedo from BMW.
