That is awesome! I was a Paramedic for 15 years and had a KLR that started life that color! Love it! have always liked the ambulance/adventure rig conversions.
A True KLR'ista will never need any other camper that that---you know all those cabinets to fill --rolling bed----so many possibilities ...................................
Nice, a little ways back I saw a red KLR parked next to a fire truck on Craig's List. Can't remember the town though.

So my "nephew" (exwife's nephew?) bought a KTM, unbeknown to me. I get texted a pic of it on Thursday and by Saturday morning I am repairing a busted radiator hose on it... lol
He wants to make it a SuMo, I'm trying to make him an Adventure rider.... took him on my Reservoir Gravel Loop this afternoon and he did okay for his first gravel ride!
My bike has arrived from Europe
