I would say both were at fault.
Turning without looking, and blasting by close without expecting a turn.

+1 pay attention to your surroundings
he should have looked and waited to turn
you should have given him room and been prepared to stop

Going too fast , following too close, for fresh gravel.

He made a bad turn... I would have got him too :D

Well the DR was wrong for turning without looking, and turning right from the left side of the road and not signaling.

The V was wrong for passing on the right, and going to fast to stop or swerve on the "fresh gravel", and not paying attention.

And it seems nether one want to see their mistakes, man up, and admit they screwed up.

I don't want either one of you in my ride group.:rofl

Yeah. I didnt see anybody getting cut off.

One guy rode straight into the side of the other, lucky he didnt hit you in the knee or it wouldnt have ended well.

I'd say the guy on the bike that was in the rear was at fault. The guy in the front turning right wasn't exactly a genius, but if you aren't sure which way somebody is going to turn, it never hurts to give them a little beep of the horn so they know you're there.
