I have zero experience with any intercoms , so I have no idea if the recess is large enough or not .

I don't want any intrusion into my motorcycle bubble from outside .

Received my Nishau Enduro Carbon today. Very light. Fit is a bit tight but will loosen after a bit I expect. Mine didn't have the wind deflector, spare top screw for the peak, spare side screw for the peak, side covers for use without peak in the package. Have emailed Louis to rectify.

I decided to take advantage of the Christmas special and get one myself to try too. I've got a few 100 kms on it now and I'm a bit ambivalent. It fits fine and is quiet, but no better than my XD3/4s, and the brow seems a bit low. The pinlock also obscures a bit of my vision with the visor fully closed, and I'd like another detent between closed and the existing 1st detent. For the price, a nice helmet that I'll keep wearing, but will likely keep it for winter. My XD4 is better ventilated and its visor opening detents work great for me.

It did come with all the bits too.

Found mine considerably quieter than my XD4. Agree with the venting and the detent though. The pinlock works a treat though, don't know how I never had one before.
To me the weight was the big thing.

I'm not convinced on the benefits of Pinlock, if it works it works well, but when it doesn't it is terrible. Mine on my XD3 doesn't work and in the rain it is impossible to see through, and on my Nolan N104 it just fogs up. I won't be getting it again.

I ride with the visor open to the 1st detent for air flow this time of year , the Nishua works well used that way for me .

I find it vents well like this too, but the visor also wobbles about at speeds over, say 70 kph, with vision compromised accordingly. The Arai doesn't visor wobble, for me. Helmets are such a personal thing.

Has a strong detent mechanism, so yes, but expect the visor to wobble about, at least it does for me. Arai doesn't.

Yep, but went off the radar after it went through customs. It's stuck on the 'on the way to the delivery centre' status, and has been that way since the 7th of Feb.

I raised an investigation with Australia Post and they have admitted that they lost it. Or have no idea where it is. They've had no scan pings since receiving it post customs.

Sooo... Louis has started an investigation from their side. And according to to AP, When Deutsche Post (cheap DHL option from Louis) ask AP where the fck the package is, AP will say nfi and will compensate DHL. Then these funds will in turn be paid to Louis, who will then hopefully stick another lid in the post... That's what I think/hope the plan is anyway. tbc... :cob

Yeah it's a real prick when DHL track that way, you loose sight once it hits Aus. I had another parcel the other day and tracking worked all stops to my door

So I got an email on Friday from Australia Post saying that they've found my parcel, and it was awaiting collection from my local post office.

Finally arrived and my faith restored in the great AP.

So I bound out of the house, take my self out for a coffee, head to the post office and this is what they give me... :clap... Wait, its a bit flat for a helmet isn't it? ...:boid 7E7C4AD5-5EC7-4485-BB68-A5CAF658892C.jpeg
