will that help?
yelp, that'll do it
Hey slacker, you gonna finish this or what? ;-)
no time - gotta cook for ya and take you on a ride....
Was cool to meet you guys today! Had a blast ridin with ya
Hey Dusty, looking forward to seeing you in October. Until then, don't forget to clean out those "fresh" crackers
quiet a sight the inside of your cooler:
rest of the pics tomorrow
mmmmm breaded blinker, one of my favorites! :dg
Looks like a crime scene in there.
Nice RR Silke- great pictures!
I saw the SPOT tracks go past Rangely- you MUST have seen Moose there, right? I took that road back toward Dixville Notch a few years ago and saw four of them, hell I couldn't swing a dead cat on a string without hitting one... you did see one, right?
I strongly believe Unicorns and Moose are in the same family.....
I taught the bottom one to play fetch
ok, a bit more from yesterdays "gotta unsquare my tires" ride: Wolf Ridge, Big Laurel, Walnut, Turnpike, Paw Paw, Big Pine, Baltimore, Spring Creek, Max Patch, 209, Revere, Big Laurel. 130 miles of twisties and gravle. Perfect.
1st stop: up to the airport that was build a few years ago... after one landing it was closed (but you can buy cheap "airstrip building lots now....)
We collected a Strongmandieyoung and mxd253 in Hot Springs
guess Revere Road is not quiet as "fixed" as I thought
hmmm, where is that airport?
on top of a hill next to a "ski area" - just about 4 miles north from our house as the crow flies
and it's absolutely disgusting what they did to the area:
during construction 2007 or so - the woods above the defunct jetport are now all clear-cut (see the pic of Craig riding up a hill)
and here are some pics I took from the AT near Sams Gap while walking the pooches
It was put in to close to that wall of rock,er mountain.Even small bush planes have a rough time landing there. The wind is to turbulent.
figured that was it! I need to ride out that way more often!
I'm no engineer, but my first though when i saw the airport photo was "ooo windsheer". Could have saved someone a few bucks if they had asked me.. :huh
