let me know if he needs a bone stimulator.
Sorry, doc says none of that until his collarbone heals.
after I typed it, I thought I was lobbing up a spike
Another vote for Blue Ridge Bone and Joint... they did a good job putting my arm back together a few years back.

Ooof, hate that Shane. Feel better. Check out healthgrades.com to get a handle on quality. A friend opinion is good to, remember most of the process is after care. Good deal Silke was there...is that the road to the put in on the French broad? Sucks!
Either way hang in there, feel better, get some good pills...better living through chemistry.

Pussy, get up and ride home like a man!
but, in all seriousness, however long they tell you not to do XXXX (whatever it is) let it go at least that long. The impatient option may leave you passed out cold, entangled in a bicycle in the right lane of charlotte street, with a re-broken collar bone!
the second break is worse!
my ma says blue ridge bone & joint too
here ya go guys:
Shane's not so perfect collar bone
and I am just going to post all that stuff on Shane's thread now... more fitting
Snapped like a twig ;-(

WOW that's a bad break....
I tried, got dizzy figured I better sit down for a minute. Then Silke showed up an straightened me out.
Found a doc,Dr. Vice. One the urgent care place recommended, affiliated with Mission too.
Oh, an the Morans have a PT on staff.
Thanks y'all, I'll get my thread updated soon. Surgery tomorrow.
Best of luck tomorrow, and a quick recovery.
Yeah, I know. At least I'm in good company.
Gimp Moran drive by at Duckey's some time soon?
So Shane how did the surgery go ??
Think about you.....
Thanks, went well, I'm back at Marc's.
I didn't sleep much last night, hopefully I'll get a big nap after a bit.
Sorry to hear about your spill and resultant broken collar bone. Man, don't rush your recovery; stay ahead of the pain.
I had a nasty 15mph spill on a remote downhill pea-gravel road in MO last September. Clean break of 4 ribs on my back.
Difficult to move around for three months. Five months have passed now, I want to ride so bad. Winter won't secede; 5+ inches of ice/snow this week.
