Very nice time. Great weather and an absolutely beautiful location. Here are my photos. They're all from camp. I wanted to take some from the ride, but I was too busy riding! Looking forward to seeing everyone's photos and videos, so get to posting!
Bike in garage, landry spinning, belly full, feet up, beer in hand. Had a great time, thanks for making a Noob feel welcome. Tacos were killer! Can't wait to do it again.
The Klammer (Rich)
Glad to see you on a DR again!
Come out and join us on one of H8chains weekend rides or Razr's Sunday rides
Rich (M1Jeep) for organizing the weekend ride
Noel (Dunerat) and Cathy (sopascat) for the killer carne asada
and everyone else who showed up. Bunch of nice guys! Pleasure meeting you all FFs!
Rich, this ride was different, more challenging, but the place was awesome...I think this is one of Cali's hidden secret. Too bad this can not be accessed year around, and I'm very glad we took advantage of the perfect weather.
Great riding, and we have to do it again.
Thanks Shoco for the pics...sorry you have to head home early. I have lots of pics to post and will upload them tonight.
Monache Meadows Jeep Trail Photo OP
I think there were 27 riders who showed up in this event.
Thanks, Rich, for letting Bob take the rhino-eater for a spin
Thanks Rich for his effort organized such a great outing.
Great taco by the taco A-Team.
I truly enjoy the whole event and meeting all the people and their bikes.
The trails and fire roads are fantastic in Kennedy meadow.
The bullshits around the fire pit add color to the whole trip.
We really should do Kennedy Meadow every year.
See you all at the next ride gathering.
This trip was definately one for the books! Good people, bitchin' riding, and gorgeous scenery made for one hell of a weekend! Joel and I were the last ones to leave, besides Jeff, Roger, and Jerry who couldn't get enough of KM and headed out for a morning ride. How was it guys? I got home around 5ish and was F-ing tired, but at the same time had a pervert-ish grin on my face from a kick-ass weekend. Thanks to EVERYONE who came out, you all rock! I will post pics later this afternnon, after I get back from breakfast. :dg

I was home at 11:30 am. I don't know why but when I got home. I jumped in the shower and joined my street bike club for a ride. I was still pumped from the greatest trail riding I have ever done. This has been the second ride/event I have done off this site. Its amazing to me how cool/friendly/helpful/outgoing everyone is on these trips. All you FF are tops in my book. Thanks Rich for putting this ride together. I think It should become a yearly trip. Dunerat thanks for cooking the cat (inside joke). Cathy good job with the taco fixings. Thank you guys. Ben
Additional thanks to whoever got to the camp site first and picking up a fantastic spot...>>>>>>>>>>huge, flat ground, lots of shades, and best of all it's FREE!
Special thanks to Windrat , although I don't drink beer, for providing beer of various brands to all the FFs who were out of drinks!
The BS around the campfire was the biggest I've seen so far, and lasted till 2 AM! Unfortunately luv2race didn't last too long....
the drive up was pretty, but negotiating the 9 mile canyon is a little unnerving, especially for the motorhomies and those trailering
caught up with sopascat in Kennedy Meadows. she's an excellent driver going through the trees without a spotter. btw...nice set up you have in your toy hauler
we arrived at the camp "TROY MEADOWS OVERFLOW" around 6 pm with most of the FFs already settled in and back from their ride
got the chance to meet most of the FFs
i went to see Gabe, Wayne, and Greg hoping they will offer me fresh ground coffee and some breakfast
