Thanks HanzoSteel. I know a ton of trails in the area because of mtb'ing but I would have thought I would have found something too. Maybe this would be a great place to post rides in the area...

junglemototours I saw that thread, but that looks more like Kings County and Fresno area. Just wanted something a little more local.

I have a KTM 990 Adv. and if you were talking about mtb's, I race a Cannondale Scalpel Black Inc. and own a Niner Jet9 RDO

I don't think you'll ride that adv bike up Rincon :cry
The Sequoia thread covers most of Kern and Inyokern counties, might be geared more towards skinny trails though.....
Come up to Warped and meet all the big bike wide road guys!

Friends of Jawbone map covers east part of county.

statewide motorized trail goes east/west and north/south thru it.

Hey guys, I just got this bike on Tuesday and have never ridden anything that I didn't have to peddle. I know that the best way to get better is to challenge yourself so...

Not sure what I'm doing wrong, but when I right click and open them in a new tab it works fine.

Can someone tell the Noob what the hell I'm doing wrong?

    Thanks

GFeldy, that would be a fun bike up the canyon and then take the old canyon road into town. Could do a lot of fire road exploring up on the green mountain.

Also, I've been wanting to do this ride for a long time. Just haven't found anyone else who wants to ride it and I don't want to solo it. Stops by burro schmidt's tunnel, Randsburg and J-Burg for fuel and food, then out to the Husky Monument. There are def some better options than 395 to 58 coming back also.
