You know it makes the handling feel like crap, as in you've had a car tire on a bike? which bike, and which tire, and how many miles did you put on it? just wondering how unbiased your perspective is.

My buddy SlowPhil has a car tire on his valkyrie, and he dies every time he rides it. His wife walked past it in the garage one day, and she died. I sat on it once, and as soon as the kickstand went up, I died. twice.

    flippin' dangerous.

/sarcasm Damn... I never realized until now how phallic that car looked. I wonder if it was a not so subtle hint to their "relationship"... /sarcasm

Edit... I forgot the sarcasm tags. And given this crowd that would be a mistake...

    You're beating a dead horse.

As long as there will be things people can talk about of which they know nothing, someone will be determined to prove their ignorance.

How dare you?! I'm mourning the loss of my good friend SlowPhil, killed 27 times this summer while riding his Valkyrie with a car tire.

I don't know - I'll ask him next time we go ride our KLRs...that is if he doesn't die a few more times between now and then...

Does anyone know how to fit a set of Super Swampers on my F650? I think these would really help my offroad capability.

I always point to that as an example of someone who's out of control. It could have been a disaster if a bicycle had been where the motorcycle slid. If the sight of an LEO caused him to crash imagine what a 'real' emergency would have caused.
