No, but I met her too, and rode twice in her taxi. :D

The gal I met was from a family in the racing business. She technically wasn't a pro, but the whole family raced at some level. She was on the business end, but spent lots of time on the track for fun. Very cool lady.

Sent from the voices in my head and transcribed by their drinking buddy...

I've found the opposite to be true. Moving around on a bike helps keep the but from getting sore on long rides. Though it does give the legs a work out.

When I was stationed in Heidelberg Germany, I became friends with a local, that raced in the Formula Ford series. Thru that friendship, I was able to attend the MotoGP Races at Hockenheim (the year that Kevin Schwantz won it), as well as numerous Touring Car events.

My buddy had a VW Golf Turbo Diesel. One particular morning, he took me out on the track....he in his VW (with my wife in the passenger seat), and me following on my Ninja 600R.

He smoked me......I like to use the excuse that I was over careful, as he told me to be careful for the moisture still on the track (it was like 8 am), but the truth was, he knew exactly how fast he could enter each and every turn....

The whole purpose of moving around/hanging off on a bike is to move the weight outward and allow the bike to be more upright and keep a better contact patch with the road.

really you folks got nothing better to do than talk about a washed up 50 yr old on a wing with a car tire, hahahahahaha

I don't want to ruin this thread with facts but what the heck

1-im 3 min slower than the fastest sport bikes there,9.7 miles,,,thats like forever

2-the guy on the ducati was faster but was getting a video done at the time so that's why he did not leave me

3-the car tire"on a wing" has a larger contact patch"ran both thru water in a corner and measured",can lay down more throttle coming out of the turns with out spinning like my bike tires did,and my runs are timed and are just a tic faster with a car tire
in the rain there is way way more grip!!

4-i ride to have fun,be with friends, share a common interest some of you should try it!!!!

    things that are NOT true
I am not the fastest time on the dragon
when I videoed I never said if you leave me the video is free, lol
I did not die in a bad wreck at the dragon"yes ive heard that one,lol

    Great post! Thank you!
One thing you didn't settle is what kind of oil do you use in your wing. :ear
