I ride an old pig faster than I should, and this rings true. Half a cheek makes a huge difference.
That photo was taken by Killboy way back in 2003. I ride with much better gear on now. ATGATT! That's also when there wasn't as many nuts riding up there. I ride a GSA now and it is much more fun to ride with more cornering clearance.
