I ran the Dragon twice this past Sunday about 10:00 a.m.. It was empty. No other bikes on either pass, only two cars, no police, no photogs. An empty twisty road not unlike many others I rode this weekend.

There was a whole line of bikes parked at Deals Gap store/motel. Nobody was riding. It was raining but not bad.

Aint hard at all I guess, just cross the centerline wherever you feel like it. Don't bother worrying about the people riding the other way...

Does someone need to go to riders school?

Perhaps if you put both hands on the bars and leaned your body more than the bike you could wick it up a notch or two. :dunno

There is a guy that has a video out doing it on a Goldwing.

Does someone need to go ride the gap?

    :lol3

There's some corners where even 30 isn't an option... The one pictured here (where all the big lenses hang out) isn't one of them, but I wasn't going to flog another inmates bike...

:thumb You're a good man to not push it while riding anothers bike. I'd toss you my keys any time.

Last weekend we had a dual sport campout up the Trask out here in OR. It was nice to see all the bike sharing going on. It gave people the chance to check out all kinds of different bikes.

Who hasn't crossed the double yellow once or twice, the difference is on THAT road you need to make sure to give even more room.

Just one of them. He offered a service there for a while...he'd follow you through or lead you using several video cameras.

I've seen this guy ride through there several times while stopped somewhere in the middle. You just can't help but laugh...it's a bit ridonculous. :lol3

You'll notice in this last one, I'm still on the brakes, so not yet at full lean.

    :dunno

There are 2 corners where I have to slightly back off of 35mph.

I never touch the brakes on the Gap at that speed.

    35mph is easy.

I've got an '09 ADV too. And had an '05 GS.
Both nice machines, but for me, I prefer the GSA.
