He's looking/waving directly at the photographer in the first pictures in the series thereby not setting up properly for the corner. The Vette wasn't necessarily fixation as much as sheer panic in the middle of blowing the corner.
He was finished way before he even saw the car. :deal

That's a pretty good impact broke all the spokes right out of the front wheel....I know it was alloy but still....The brake light comes on and off but I wonder if that's because of the shutter speed of the camera and the fact that the brake light is an LED....or maybe he has a brake light flasher.

I agree I think it was him looking at the photographer and not setting up for he corner properly bet that happens 100 times a day.

I agree, If the photog was not there, he would have made the corner just fine. He would have been paying attention to the road and not mugging for the camera.

Ignoring stinky ABS bait- so it's not just me that noticed the driver buried the nose on that thing.

Everyone knows that the Vette driver should have NEVER touched the front brake!!! Back brake only or you'll flip ass over teakettle, especially without a bell.

Is he going to ride after this incident, or tell the missus, 'that's it, enough motorcycling for me'? I hope so for his sake, that was fairly dismal bit of riding, worn out saying 'accident looking for a place to happend' fits the bill here. He is ok i hope, he totaled the bike though:huh
