Being from Montana I have "Smokey" the Bear spelling stuck in my head.
Or perhaps Smokey and the Bandit?
Fail. Seat and handlebar position requires rearsets. Guess he ran out of Ebay money after the Thailand shocks and "cafe" seat.
Or he's mid build, or has decided the bike feels good he doesn't want them.
You speak with a lot of authority for somebody who I'm assuming has never ridden that bike.

Smokey Bear (no "the") is from New Mexico.
I know where he was from but due to the many fires each year in Montana we got the full Smokey dose at an early age. Maybe that's why we got the smoky dose at such an early age as well.
