not a v-2 of any make. it's a flat-6 valkyrie - almost a 'wing. i see where the exhaust is coming from. and it's not coming from the crash bar/forward foot pegs.
:huh Not sure what you're seeing. Look at the primary cover, look at the chrome bottom of the front fender, it's an HD. Look at the narrow, rectangular bags, inside chrome 'protectors', it's an HD. Ditto for the bottom of the rear fender. You won't find a non-HD with that style of rear fender.
He is not talking about the bike going, but the one coming toward the camera.
<cough> Opps, my bad then. Yeah, the oncoming bike is a horizontally opposed machine, most likely exactly what he said, a Valk.
What movie is that, Waterworld? It's been so long since I've seen it that I don't remember much.
Somebody's seen Waterwrold? Did it hurt?
It may have bombed at the boxoffice, but it's a favorite movie of mine. Dennis Hopper as the Deacon of the Church of Eternal Growth, worshiping Saint Joe (Hazlewood) aboard a rusted out Valdez...
doesn't get any better then that. Dennis Hopper is friggen great.
He's running those dangerous car tires on the front and back....cut him some slack.
This post makes me really, really, sad.
IS is right. Movies make you immortal. Two of the memorable Dennis Hopper roles came at opposite sides of his career: The Photographer in Apocalypse Now and The Deacon in Waterworld . Good before, between and after, but I'll always remember those.
Blue Velvet and Hoosier's...............outstanding performances.
and real-life motorbiker:
I wonder if Hopper ever Did The Dragon??
(yeah, I hadda get back OnT somehow...)
Is that Jeremy Irons in the yellow jacket?
Yes. Name the girl.
