ya, looks like the rider... :eek1
this looks like a "Lets drive into this tree!" moment...?
dam, i wasn't even close.
:eek1That guy based on the first picture of him crashing, had no reason to be crashing...
Goes something like "Used more front brake than was appropriate for the situation"
That guy, based on the first picture of him crashing, had no reason to be crashing.
All those detractors, tell me again how ABS sucks. Granted he probably would have target fixated and hit the truck broadside, but that is better then getting run over IMHO.
I thought that only cruiser riders did this? All other's simply lowside.....
Hey All, new to the forum, looks like a great place.
Just wanted to say to those of you that think "these minor mistakes" of going over the center and such are "okay". I've read "hey we all make mistakes" way too many times.
Making mistakes like that is an indication that your skills kind of suck. I'm sure some might find that offensive, sorry, but the reason so many have pointed it out is that if you don't improve those skills, a crash is probably imminent.
You can practice these things in a parking lot! Even the MSF Military Sport Bike class... is done in a parking lot. Lee Parks Total Control classes... done in a parking lot.
Find out what to practice, and how, gradually develop your skills... then your odds of being a negative highlight on Killboys site will dramatically decrease. Cheers
thanks for the advice, Lee Parks total control class salesman.
and on the very 1st post.
Much better use of commas there. Good job.

Welcome and thanks! But I would hope with the centuries if not millenia's of experience on this site, crossing the yellow in corners and generally sucking to control your bike will not be tolerated.
Beer, Bacon, Boobies.....For Life!
Don't need ABS when you learn how to use your brakes. (which this guy didn't bother to do)
As you noted, Brakes were not the issue. He just needed to look where he wanted to go and he would have went there.
Not selling anything, only pointing out that those advanced classes (did u miss the msf one?) are done in a parking lot. Trying to encourage those (who may need it) that they too can learn a lot in an empty parking lot.
I read the 1st 10 pages of this thread and saw many good points made by others to the rider to get further training. I'm simply adding to them.
Sounds like you have a propensity for misunderstandings and spouting crap...
Right back at ya bro :fyyff
/student of the klay on-line punctuation course. KOLPC
Dude! Your first post was money, your second sucks balls.
Since you haven't been here long, let me break it down for ya, out of every 100 posts, 5 will be valuable information and 95 will be spouting crap. And I understood you perfectly. I agree with you 100% that there are more riders on the road than we can count that would benefit from further training. I was simply calling you Captain F'n Obvious without calling you Captain F'n Obvious.
Lighten up Nancy, you will enjoy this place a lot more if you do.
Dang. Two posts and he bankrupts his reputation.
Maybe it'll improve... :eek1
