Mods ive done to my 2004 klr 250 in case any other klr 250 riders find the info useful. exhaust & airbox- FmF Q4 slip on, pulled out the snorkle to the airbox, and replaced the stock air filter with a uni filter. jetting- i used the dynojet kit with the dj118 main and kept the pilot at the stock 35 keihin, i used the dj needle and set the e-clip at the 2nd position from the top of needle, slide lift hole drilled out with the provided bit, and put the fuel mixture screw at 3.5 turns out. random stuff added- trackside aluminum handguards with moose plastics, ricochet skid plate, magnetic oil drain plug, pro taper cr hi bend bars, and a UFO front fender. The tires im running and will probably stick with forever on this bike are kenda k270's. I have some progressive fork springs and 14 tooth front sprocket i need to install, will post update with results. Front sprocket is a JTF 512-14.
