    That?

    Geographical location (Lat+Long).

    Town Highway name.
    State, etc.

Or...the cases are mounted 13" back from the leading edge of....

Just being a jerk, but not maliciously. If that's possible.

Hey amigo that is a cool pic (all of them)!! is that an aftermarket oil filter?? or is GEN 2 come with a different set up for the oil filter? I am asking because it looks (to me) like it is out of place to I was thinking after market filter.

I am just south of you in Ensenada and you are welcome to come and play!

That low fender gives it a way cool look. Best looking newer KLR I've seen.

that really is a good looking KLR. I'm way into the windshield and that lower front fender.

Looks good. I'd consider blacking out that master cylinder and the other bright hardware.

    Yo Damasovi!
As far as I know that's where the oil filter is supposed to be ! :D
I don't think they changed it at all over the years, maybe just looks a bit our of place in the photos...

The Tiger XC I traded in on it was all black also. Always wanted a KLR and when I saw this one in a showroom I pulled the trigger. Think Kawasaki was paying attention to the sales numbers for the Triple Black GS's and Tiger all black?

Ordered some farkles, skid plate, KLR tail bag and tank bag, 16 tooth cs, RoxRisers.
Puut a battery tender wire and heated gear wire in today and added this.

Black looks good when new, but I think it will be hard to keep looking good once mud gets caked on.
Kawi spray bombs everything black, then they leave the same ugly gray seat cover. Come on Kawi get it together!
