I'll find it :rofl I left it at home, and certainly didnt expect FedEx 1 hour service :lol

I would like to chat about some kind of soft luggage in the future- my hard bags were destroyed in a prang last year, and I've thought soft bags were the wave of the future. More Kube's too :D

Thanks mate, there was a big turnout this year, 37 bikes, and the same number of cars, and a commensurate amount of media coverage. Fourth biggest US rally in ten years or something like that.

you uh, ever think about racing in sand? ::evil

Kriega stuff is addictive! I now have an R30, an R35, a US-30, US-20, And a US-5. And I still want a Hydro-3. Please don't put out any new products!

    Aye. That it is...

I started out with an R25 and US-20 seven or eight years ago. Now I have a warehouse full of the stuff! :rofl

    There are worse sicknesses, mind!

Forgive if this has already been asked, but can an Overlander 30 be strapped to a typical, small rear luggage rack or is drilling and bolting to the fender required?

Look at post #350. You will see some straps installed on my ProMoto Billet rack. or look at #578 of my Hodaka's small rack.............drilling is not required!

You can even just wrap the straps around the rack and back onto themselves if needed.

    Cheers

    Yep.

    What he said. :clap

That said, the idea behind the 30 is that no additional hardware is required. With the Rack Loops enabling the Overlander 30 and our US packs to be mounted directly to the bike, there's not much reason to have the weight and expense of a rack, unless you just feel you really need one.

    Cheers,

The R25 is pretty much ready to rock as it is, but these Kube Pocket things are extremely useful:
