Yep I had a reply last week, also they apologized that it is currently National holiday, and they will be back end of next week, and respond to emails and orders then.

I bit the bullet and ordered a set in high gloss. I was told they will fit the R with crash bars.

    It was 93 degrees yesterday.

I'll report back after the install.

the email address wings@siol.net kicks back as undeliverable. How do you get to a place where you can order a set of these seat coolers?

wings@siol.net is the correct email address, I've both sent and received messages from my gmail account. You should ask your email service provider to fix the problem.

Funny they sell them at the exact price as the ones I hand made...mmm. Guess they got some good ideas of me when I contacted them to see if they where interested in producing these for me...Just don't see how theirs can work on the R version...
Oh well live and learn. I still have a few available if anybody interested...handmade and your helping a fellow biker with some fuel money on his travels...;)

I'd suggest that Wings owes you a commission from every sale. :eek1

Got mine in today. Will install them tonight and ride to work on a hot day tomorrow.

Must say - the fit and finish is 1st rate - exactly what I would expect from Wings. The quality is exactly like their carbon fiber end caps and heat shields on their exhaust systems.

There are quite a few angles and different planes on the surfaces - makes for a great looking part and quite strong.

I ordered mine in the high gloss finish and this will look nice matching the exhaust.
