Ive always just run the plastic KTM bash plate but with extra cable ties holding it on and FORCE radiator braces. They don't interfere with the large tank

Same here. There's nothing wrong with the plastic bash plate.

    Cheers Wodger,
03-16 all compatible, only the front axle size changed to 20 from 26mm on the 2015+ EXC

Curious...are you required to run turn indicators down there to be street legal?

Explor is just the latest badging of the 4CS fork that's been on 6 days, bergs and husky's since 2012. Still PDS, motor has been lightened further from an already light power plant. Traction control and a map switch standard, still a flat dolphin torch for a headlight - but looks pretty.

Makes you wonder where the line will be drawn with all these light weight parts, something has to give eventually. I know my polymer reinforced sub frame did a lot of flexing on a big trip smashing holes in dug out sand dunes, if they keep taking material out of these bikes are they going to become too weak for loaded up adventure riding instead of snotty single track?

They might eventually get down to the weight of a 1981 Maico 490, or Cr 500!!

Surely they would never cut down on the 2 extra strokes
