Took advantage of the winter pricing sale and picked up a new Wings Exhaust directly from Slovenia.

Got my Wings exhaust in this week. Looks great!

Cost less than an FMF Q-4 (on sale) and has the quality of an Akro

    Looks like a quality piece:

It's a bit lighter than the OEM one.

    OEM 93oz

    Wings 58.7oz

I also got one for the 690 I have on order and it is just as nice, but has a larger volume to accommodate for the larger CCs of the 690 thumper

So what is with the two different sizes, dB ratings or different fuels?

    Manual doesn't say I can't use 20w50, but it only specs 10w50.

I put the Shorai battery back in and it started with the e-start.

Decibel ratings. The larger one is the standard and the smaller one is the quieter version. I have this muffler for about a year and really like it. Its pretty cool (literally). Can place a hand on it while running and not very warm.

I mixed up the spacer install the first time but moved them after a couple of months when I saw the tire was rubbing on the inside of muffler. Did yours come with instructions for spacer arrangement? I was told the rear(thicker one) should go on the outside of the clamp, I moved it to the inside next to the frame and put the clamp on the outside. Same with the front one. Maybe I just misunderstood the wording. I have always used the larger of the spark arresters, it's not very loud at all.:1drink

No instruction, just two bags with hard ware. One marked front, one marked rear. It seems pretty obvious that the spacers were to move the muffler away from the tire. Pretty straight forward.

I ordered some from motorcyclesuperstore for a baja trip. Worked great. Used a spare one on 690 for OBCDR trip, fit both very different filters just fine.

That's what I told myself, but when I saw the Winter Pricing was under $300 I could not resist.

Hey guys, I tried to search through this thread, but didn't come up with much. Hopefully this hasn't been covered before. I have a 2008 530EXC and it has the floppiest rear fender I have ever seen. It's all over the place. Is there something that could stiffen this thing up? I see some of you with tailbags on yours. I tried to mount one on mine and it made the fender all droopy. Any ideas?
