I have searched the web in vain for a .pdf copy of a 640 Adventure shop manual. I see one is online for the 950 series but cannot find any for a 640. Anyone have any links to one in a .pdf format?

Nope, I think they are looking for an online version of the repair manual.

Correct you are. The repair manual (english version) is what I am looking for.

There's an engine manual in the "Files" section of the Yahoo KTM Owners group.

I have the three ring binder, but it's getting a bit dated, so if anyone knows how to get the dealer updates, short of buying a new one? part number, etc? (Actually the new one was a bit outta date when I recieved it.)

    Thanks it helped a lot.

I also have found a partial engine manual and have a copy of it in PowerPoint format.

Thanks, to everyone for their efforts.
