When you hit the add image icon. Don't 'append' the link, overwrite the link starting from your own 'http://'...

Thanks. But what a PITA. Has to be an easier way than switching back and forth between scre[IMG]ens and web pages.

Tapatalk for phones is way easier and a lot nicer to view the site.

Just click add image , pick the one you want and they even host it. Super easy !

    Hi all,

Just a quick post to give you a look at my latest (haven't had a bike for the last 12 years!) ride.

Must admit the 2007 990 Adventure S with 12 000 km on the clock was a bit of a impulse buy (was looking at a "roadie" or a R1200 GS). But after tackling my fear of not being able to touch the ground with anything other than the toe of my boot, taking her for an initial ride and listening to the wonderful growl of the v twin, I knew I was in love with a bike again.

Bought her on the spot and rode home (1200 km) with nothing more than a pre trip oil change.

We've since done another 12 000 trouble free km. And know the farkling has begun (a coat of paint, some carbon fibre) and now maybe some suspension tuning, a few more ponies would be nice.......... where does it stop!:evil

Looks tall for a 2007 S (245mm). Does it have the big (265mm) suspension?

Changed the fuel filter and took it for a 340 mile shakedown cruise, runs like a champ and is getting better MPG as well.
