With lots of discussion and development, finally, a mounting option for Rotopax containers has been developed for the stock KTM 950/990 Adventure pannier racks.

This is the rack system these are designed for
    [IMG]

Mounting plates are built using 3/16" 5052-H32 aluminum, in raw finish.

Bolts have been recessed as the photo above shows

Mounting design has been fully tested in Moab with full fuel containers

Can be used with dry bags

    Mounting hardware
*a note on the mounting hardware*

Mounting hardware is quality stainless steel used with a locking nut. (wont rust) I believe this is a superior design ready for abuse.

It seems there is a slight difference between the 990/950 H&B pannier rack. The top bolt touches the rear fairing slightly on a 950. To me this is not an issue, to others it might. A smaller bolt would solve the issue.. I will leave that to the discretion of the buyer.

I have had several people ask me if these will fit Touratech type pannier racks. To be clear, this is the style of rack they have been tested with. I have learned several inmates run Touratech/KTM branded aluminum panniers on this rack. It was my initial understanding that these are for H&B/Gobi panniers only.

If you feel they will work with a different rack, I have no problem working with you on 'trial and error' type purchases.

When you are fueling up before you head out this weekend, think of how much more fun you could have with a few extra gallons of fuel!!!

considering buying some as I'm running out of time on my mounts and haven't figured them out. Question though, how wide is the back end with the pax and the Wolfmans mounted?

    Nice product.

    Thanks Mechanical.

Inventory is starting to thin out. Another production run will likely be a 2 week wait.

I can usually ship the same day money is received.

By the way, another pair heading to Canada!!!

For all of you planning trips this season, don't forget to plan fuel and water!

Rotopax also makes a fantastic tool container that can be used with this mounting system!

These would work great with a Giantloop as well!!!

Stay tuned for some new products.

These mounting plates will not change in design.

-1 pair and 1 single plate is all I have left. A new production run should go this week.
