    A friend of mine just got his KTM 640 enduro stolen from his place in B'more. It's flat black, avon distenzia's...etc. He moved to Seattle and is in the process of selling his house. It was in his kitchen. If you guy's see anything, let me know.

    Thank's,
    Omar

    How in the hell could they even get that beast kick-started? That sucks though, and that is a VERY recognizeable machine.

    It's Colin's bike. He used to work with me at Bob's BMW. I can't believe they broke into his house and got the bike past his locked, fenced in yard! I will post pic's if I can get a hold of em.

    That is messed up. They broke into a locked yard and a locked "empty" house to do what? Seems like a lot of effort or very lucky thieves.

    I bought Jeff's VeeStrom last year - nice guy.

    Punch line is that the night before I picked it up, a collection of Jackass's broke into his backyard and covered the thing with Orange Spray Chalk he uses when doing Ride Marshall work for Bike Races. It was in the backyard with the bike. {The Vee didn't run, and didn't look that great so I guess they decided that just screwing with it was good enough}

    If it's the same place in Balmore... well, it was kind of sketchy. You could feel alot of eye's on you as you moved around.

    Hell, it's big fun in the cities lately to pick up dirt bikes, scooters, just about any small ride and screw around with it till it runs out of gas. Then they ditch it or chop it depending on the sophistication of the theif. I've got a pal in Atlanta that works GTA that is just sick to death of dealing with it. I think it was last year in DC that some kid's stole a Honda 650L and ran over some poor 5 year old with it. :cry

    Regardless of all of this, that just SUCKS! :puke1
