    Hey Joel,

Get your bike dialed in tomorrow afternoon and then come out and join us in the desert Sunday morning. You can always ride the Honda and save the 640 for DV...I'll even help you kickstart the Honda from time to time. :evil

I couldn't wait to get out on my daughter's new(used) drz......but was busy in the morning, so I couldn't join you guys. got free about 1pm & decided to take the bike up the Crest to Newcomb's....
rained on me in a few spots......
I don't like to go off in the dirt when I'm on my own, so I just headed back down after a brief stop......
good thing I didn't head into the dirt, got most of the way down when the front end started getting wobbly :eek1

Joel, when I left you guys, on the way down Little-T I ran into real heavy rain and got soaked even more. (Time to break in my pants/boots) I figured you guys were right behind me.

Got home and my daughter called fron Santa Clarita and said they had heavy rain/thunder. From the looks of your usual great pictures it didn't rain much up there on the trails. Glad sombody had fun........except for that lucky GS rider.
