You're eligible for work release now?
Its quinceanera season.
Sorry not into 15 year olds
But lets figure out when we can do a ride in May
Anyone out at Rowher Flats this Saturday? I'd like to check it out but not solo the first time I do it. I have some great South African style beef jerky to bring as an incentive.
Is that the stuff with bush meat in it?
If you get it there(in South Africa), yes... kudu biltong is excellent. This is beef droewors made by a German butcher in LA. If you haven't been to the Beverly Hills Sausage Kitchen on Olympic you're missing out! The stuff is basically crack. I can drop $100 bucks in there easily... it's so good!
I can also bring some pulled pork and homemade tomatillo salsa.
bike key for scale.
york, wish i can ride. busy prepping up for another trip to baja.
rowher was in great shape last saturday; have fun; see you on the next one and save me some of that good stuff.
Rowher looks really nice! I put the camera tether to good use last weekend scuba diving in the South Pacific. Looks like it works underwater too! Caught some sweet video of a manta ray doing a flyby.
See you out there!
if you decide to ride up there, go all the way to rock inn in lake elizabeth. food is good!
first time we made it there before noon...and for a change, able to order from the breakfast menu...
nice underwater vid. there are a several of us who are certified divers here. maybe we could do a trip to some warmer waters.
Homestyle potatoes...omelettes with spinach...oh yes! That looks outstanding!
If you are heading to Baja you might want to check on the whales. I would think they might be calving this time of year in the Sea of Cortez.
Mixing diving and biking sounds great!
IN ! for a bike and dive trip.
I don't buddy breathe with Joel though.
My buddy has a dive biz in Costa Rica....
Cano Island should be on every scuba head's bucket list.
Going down in July
I wouldn't bb with Joel either. Jim, on the other hand.
so true in baja......
not so much here in cal, the 1/4 wet suit and lead weights take the fun out of it, unless viz is 40 feet or more and the fish are no bigger than my thigh...
used to dive every other weekend and year round. been out of shape and need to get re-certified.
hahaha....in the deep, he who has the air rules....
d, you guys are so 70's. heard of the octupus? flavored bottled air?....
jmt, thanks for the linky. costa rica is awesome, both on land and in water.
so much to do and see, not enough time. a little better off now that we get 4 weeks of vacation/year + 10 holidays. yeah, this year, planning to use all of them to ride baja, ut, az, or and nv.
when is the next ride? i heard big bear is prime now.
really nice and comes with 908s
Your new bike???
chris, it's a sweet bike, and wish it's mine. if it is, it will be the blue one.
pic was sent to me via text from the same phone # shown on the banner.
Nice! Lior now has a big bike for big adventures!
I didn't want to post it earlier. Waiting for Lior to reveal it. He picked it up yesterday from us (Del Amo Motorsports). It is one gorgeous bike. I am working on the paperwork for the last one we have in stock. :) so don't even think about it. Hahahahhaa
