Riding that same dirt bike in the dirt on a mountain trail would be much better, that is all... Happy 4th to all.

I have no idea. I do know the CCM 450 Adventure is real, though.
There may actually be a new type of bike on the market. We'll see.

It's photoshopped, look where the orange frame meets the aluminum. Nothing comes up on Wikipedia. Unless its a royal enfield, who buys bikes made in India?

I think the KTM is Legit. KTM has been talking about it for a while for India and UK. The real question will be a) Whether they import it here and b) if they maintain the $6,500 price that it has in those other markets.

That CCM looks cool too but with a BMW motor I'm thinking that's a $14k bike.

The "BMW" motor is Chinese. That alone will keep the cost down. I'm very close to picking up a TE 449/511 with the same motor. Can't beat the price. We'll see...

Looks like the CCM is just under $12,000 in US dollars.

Spent the week riding and climbing the passes up and back from Lake Tahoe, and rented a mtn bike in Mammoth for a day. This rig rocks.

rich, you got to be in great shape to pedal at that altitude.

isaac, i've been following your tracks. good job and i'm envious.

    damn....you're still around?

    good to hear from ya.

if ktm uses the most of the components from the current 350exc, expect to pay @ $10k. most likely, lots of parts will be shared with the duke 390

    congrats dale...happy retirement.

social security will be out of $ by 2030 or sooner i heard....:cry
