Be WISHIN' for snow by about noon! I don't think even I can conjure snow this weekend!
Damn! I might be able to make this!
And I hate you, Dunerat, for having such a cool bike!
Can't wait to see it.
Like I told another guy: Everybody needs a 100 hp, 400 lb. dirtbike. EVERYBODY!
Ran pacifico&lynx today, broke in bike. Its on C you guys im the am!
Noel, I'll bring a camera, lots of inmates want to see your shiny bike! I will take care of the "before" condition and Riceless can have the "after"
7am at Jack's then.
There was a warm day, Artboy, BuenF, and I rode up, and we were surprised to see this.
Chris you can do it, wear that hi vis jacket, you know what I mean! That was you and Eduardo in the picture, you can't deny it.
have fun...I am out on this one but will be in for the 28th....
7:00a on Sat., yes?
See you there.
In case i decided to just go up the Crest, what time do you think you'll be at the bottom of Lynx?
Looking fwd to see you tomorrow Marty.
We'll try to get to the btm Lynx and Upper Big T around 7:30.
Saddle up boys feelin twisty trails clear!
Edit -- Posted to wrong thread. Comment moved to "Deep Creek Crossing"
It is soo hard to keep up with all the action up north.
You have great attitude. Cross the wasteland on the freeways to arrive @ 0700; battle the temperature and rotten air; all for a creek crossing and 100ft of rock garden. I commend you and find your gang entertaining. Who needs cable TV when we have AdvRider? Me, I'll continue to work on my skills and look for another opportunity to join in the Crazy Club.
Best of Luck from Cookin' San Diego
P.S. - Who can guess the high temperature in San Bernardino Saturday?
meant for a different thread?
Home before 1pm....another good ride, it was nice up on the trail, not hot at all. It sucks to be home, in a house w/o AC
Upload in progress, report and pics later on.
Sorry couldn't make it. Was looking forward to it, but the bike had different ideas.
Next time fo' sho!
DEEP CREEK CROSSING at DEVIL'S HOLE! It's time....
Or maybe Bagstr was just speaking generally and referring to all of us in the SoCal inmate collective. Being Kindred Souls & All That!
We heard that before....
The heat just turned many away..........it's not really the condition, but the decision (gswayne).
Don't worry, we have the Gorman ride next week....see ya there.
Not only the location is off, but the date too........must be the SD heat :eek1
High / Low
106° F | 68° F
41° C | 20° C
Just a guess...
Some Engine Ice should take care of it.
Jack's was closed, and these guys already waiting across the street on time
Bruce and Dunerat
As promised, picture of Dunerat and his "before" condition. Brent, his all yours now....
Now I realize why the 2 FFs prefer hanging out in front of 7-11
I think our boys are just too shy for these girls
You sick asses, if you didn't see what you're looking for, here's one for you
Before this thread starts to compete with Striking Viking's, http://www.advrider.com/forums/showthread.php?t=41699&page=370,
we better ride on, beside Mr.Punk will be waiting for us.
FMFPunk was on time, right behind us. Thought I saw him at Hidden Springs on our way up.
Here's at the Lynx trailhead
Bruce first time riding with us, long time lurker and a friend of Dunerat and Oni.
Lynx started easy, but the moment we got deep inside, that explains why it's frequented by advanced riders.
View looking down at Upper Big T (if you can see the HW)
Bruce, you're exposed now, time to join the community
Still on Lynx, just taking a break
This trail goes to Monte Christo, but we took the longer and more difficult one.
After this, no more pics until the next stop. Just like the rest of you FFs who have been there before, concentration is key to my safety.
Taking a break, and savoring the fun of riding Lynx
This dood on the left should be on a HD
Today's colors are orange and red.
Pacifico next after this tired body gets his afternoon nap.
Hey dudes. Got home after stopping to have lunch w/ Wzltech. He's a bit under the weather. He said that's why he didn't ride. That or he's a lazy bastard.
Nice to meet you, Bruce.
Congrats Noel on the new ride.
Joel, good to see you. Look forward to more pix.
