    Lance is facing a criminal investigation. If it's fruitful, and he goes up the river, I wonder how many times he'll hear..."bend over and let me see that nut." :huh

    The USPS are stupid idiots for blowing 30 million they don't have on sponsoring Lance. They should be in jail for that stunt.

    Shit just got serious. One thing to be sued for money (which he may or may not have) but it's a whole new level of pain when the feds get involved.

    Surely he had thought this through?? I mean you don't go fighting legal battles for a decade w/o figuring out the lay of the land, right? The USPS thing...I think the question "what the hell are the damages?" is valid.

    Pretty sure he was/is banking on the statute of limitations hence his bullshit that he didn't dope when he came out of retirement.

    That Tim Herman guy LA has as an attorney is just one giant douche. LA should ditch that guy. I think LA is just too used to winning the court battles and now nothing is going his way. His lawyers must be making a crazy amount of cash cuz their busy as fuck.

    I seem to remember reading that the protections provided by statutes of limitations can be forfeit in some cases involving obstruction of justice.

    Lance is in the news again.

    They say he was "unjustly enriched".

    I believe the P.O. got advertising value from Armstrong winning.

    Oh, and by the way before you invest in a sport you should "know" the sport.

    Lance wasn't the only "enhanced" rider.

    These wannabe Virgins shouldn't be surprised.

    Cycling pros were nodding and winking at the dope users.

    Get over it Justice Dept. Stop being the bully for your sissy kid brother, USPS.

    So let me get this straight:
    Lance signed multiple contracts assuring he was not using performance enhancing drugs;
    He repeatedly and publicly announced he was clean;
    He attacked and punished those that said be was a liar;
    The companies he represented suffered no harm;
    Everybody else was doing it.

    Looks OK to me.
    Let's restore his awards and erect a Lance statue in every post office.

    You can't throw a rock onto any major US sport field without hitting someone who is "enhanced". Still don't understand why everyone is crying about LA doing it. Grab some tissues and move on. Go find something else to cry about b/c your life sucks. :csm
