    Your imagination.

Listening to that conjured up an image of a hound dog laying on a porch of some ramshackle old cabin, in the warm late afternoon sun, all serene like... and getting a splinter in one, or both, of his balls.

I'm not an Aussie. So the answer to that would be a resounding no :lol2

A hush falls over the crowd as they await the umpire's call...

After considerable deliberation (and a none too insignificant amount of alcohol, let me tell you just quietly), we've decided to walk you just for the fact that your statement has, in all likelihood, annoyed one of the punters in the (virtual) grandstand. That on its own had to be worth something, surely!

I usually just go up "A" off the river road to 10 and then back down the other side of the rush so haven't made it up that far. EL paso worth a visit?

It's interesting in it's like a hole in the Prairie like so many places in WI it's a tavern and a couple houses and one of the better trout streams in WI.
There's a couple very interesting gravel roads off A and it's tributaries even a Dark Hollow but if you hear banjo music don't go back there.

Wow ! The ceramic coating really reduces the amount of heat coming off the left side of the engine, of course no cat means the engine cools down allot faster when left to set for bit.

This stuff done locally is not as nice a product as Jet-Hot , but is allot easier and cheaper to deal with.
On the jet-hot on my current GS stuff occasionally bakes on to the outside but comes off fairly easy.

The experiments continue put a 185/70/14 tire on back of K1100, it wasn't easy but it wasn't that hard either its 5% taller than 175/65/14, I hope this tells me if I want to gear up the final drive. The rs has a 2.8 and the rt 2.7 not a hell of allot of difference.
Luke will now say something about leave it alone and just ride it ! :D
As it turns out Luke is correct the 1100 is the most practical of the early ones to make a tug out of https://www.google.com/search?q=pow...QsAQIJw&biw=1549&bih=775#imgrc=Cttq3Lwoh2taRM:

Well the 1.2 in taller tire was another of Dave's fools errands 5% bigger than what I had :https://tiresize.com/calculator/ told me that yes the K can deal with a little taller gearing but not that much.
I've been happier slightly under geared rather than down shifting !
Wind was out of the south steady 30+ gusting to 37-38 it was over geared trying to deal with it and a climb at the same time. It was much happier in 4th less lugging, less throttle, cooler. It seems to like being spun rather than trucked ! DId manage to get it to 95 in 4th with room yet it was running 7500 rpm.
Later afternoon the wind went down a bit all in all 70 degrees in Qct is a nice day.

I did a little 200 mile run today also. Lots of wind. The Kwak seemed to like 4th or 5th, 6 was just a bit too much lugging when kept within the legal limits on the MN back roads. But damn, even in the head popping wind this thing just dives effortless, almost as easy as my solo.
    No pics though.

That's what I found out with Big Blue also, once I got the hang of it , it would effortlessly be going way over the speed limit !
