Tokyo Motorcyle parts and bike district is located in Ueno 7-chome, near the Iriya exit (JR line) or exit 2 -Hibiya and Ginza lines- of Ueno station).

Post on gaijinriders.com, someone may be able to meet you for the day.

Easiest is to take Narita Express train to Tokyo station, put your luggage in a locker, then explore for the day. NAPS and Ricoland are two big accessory chains, every bike brand has a decent store to look at new bikes, Red Baron has lots of shops to browse at used bikes.

Well, just 12 hours, that does not give you too much time to travel around.
To travel from Narita to Haneda (or vice versa) consider at least 1 hour 30 minutes. So that would leave you with roughly 10 hours. (Hope you also thought about the check-out time and so on, if not, that would be another hour or two to be deducted!!).

Here is how you should switch between the 2 airports:

Ride the Airport Limousine Bus nonstop from Narita to Haneda. Follow the signs in the terminal to one of the bus loading areas, which are in front of terminal 2 and both the north and south wings of terminal 1. Allow 65 to 85 minutes for the journey, keeping in mind that this may increase due to traffic.

    Hope this helps!!
